Protection of intellectual property
The multimedia content of the opopop.fr website is the exclusive property of the Opopop association. Therefore, any use of this content must be expressly authorized by Opopop.

The information, texts, pictograms, photographs, images and illustrations on the website are protected by intellectual property law. Article L 122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code states that:

"Any representation or reproduction in whole or in part without the consent of the author or his successors or assigns is unlawful. The same applies to translation, adaptation or transformation, arrangement or reproduction by any art or process whatsoever."

Thus, any illicit copy of the site may be prosecuted as an infringement punishable by articles L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Hypertext links
The Compagnie Opopop authorizes any website or other medium to set up a hypertext link to its content, with the exception of those containing polemical, pornographic or xenophobic content, or content contrary to decency or public decency. However, the linked page must be respected in its entirety, and must not be embedded in another site.
